any way to make rough skin on body smoother?
I have quite rough skin especially in the front of my body including the chest. I think it’s due to the eczema i used to have, pores and coz of some very fine hair that grew as a sideeffect of eczema steriod creams. Just not as smooth as I want it to be.
Any way to make it smoother?

body butter every morning when you wake up, and every night before you go to sleep.
sand paper !!!
All I can tell you is to keep your skin hydrated with drinking atleast 8 glasses of water a day, and be sure to get adequate nutrition .
caress body wash works very well, when you dry off after the shower, dont rub dry, pat yourself dry.
and follow up with some good body lotion right after your shower while you are still damp. use lubriderm or nivea.
You can try exfoliating with a mixture of olive oil and salt, then apply a moisturizing lotion.
Good luck!
Use body scrubs and salts in the shower. You can probably get them at Bath and Body Works thats where i get mine. Also always put lotion on when you get out of the shower. Use Aveeno lotion it works really well! =0)
Get a loofa sponge. (wal-mart, or anywhere like that). Use it in the shower then put lots of lotion on after drying off. Wait 3 days and repeat the process. Don’t scrub when using it, it will make your skin worse. This will get the dead cells off and the lotion will keep it moisturized.
Coconut oil. Use it topically and as supplements. It’s a cure all. I’ve done a lot of research on it and use it externally right now. I’ve just bought the supplements and will start those tonight.
I believe you need to use Organic, cold pressed oil. It’s the best.
Good luck.
If your eczema is cured (it does reoccur), you may want to use a scrub on a regular basis. It may irritate the skin though, so be careful.
There are plenty of scrubs available but if you have that fine hair it could be slightly painful.
I really think you should use dermatologist recommended clinical products especially because you have eczema. To suggest any retail products without seeing the condition of your skin could do more harm than good.
